In the world of Industry 4.0, soft skills are becoming an important factor to the success of a citizen. The purposes of my presentation are to help you understand the importance of soft skills and the reasons why they are necessary for the future. In my presentation, there are three main parts: - 1st: THE REASON WHY SOFT SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT - 2nd: SOME ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS - 3rd: THE WAYS HOW TO DEVELOP SOFT SKILLS Soft skills are not only necessary in life but are also extremely important recruitment criteria for work and study ; however, many students today lack or don’t have these skills. On the other hand, it can’t be denied that a large number of students are aware of the significance of soft skills, so they are making efforts to develop them. SO HOW DO YOU GAIN THESE SOFT SKILLS?
