Through my video, I want to emphasize the importance of physical exercise for youth generation to enjoy the health and vigor of life. Exercise for physical health is an integral part of teenagers to become global citizens. We have all heard the saying “A good health is the best wealth”. The benefits of participating some physical activities are multiply and it leads to balanced mental and physical growth. Engaging in physical exercise provides adolescents a variety of essential life skills like leadership, teamwork, patience and confidence. Moreover, doing physical activities also teaches them the importance of hard work, perseverance and the grasping opportunities.
