Taekwondo and football are two sports I have followed these days, which brings me a variety of benefits. For example, I become more comfortable and confident to protect myself in all situations if I’m in danger. Moreover, it's easy for me to build muscle strength, coordinate with other teammates as well as support each other in football helping me promotes Teamwork skills. Therefore, regular physical exercise is crucial for maintaining good health and mental well-being, leading to better focus and academic performance.
